Black Friday 2026 is Friday 27 November. I published this page on Tuesday 20 October 2026, 38 days earlier. That is enough time to open a store. It is not enough time to invent the offer on the morning of the 27th. Below is a calendar and a checklist. I did not survey shoppers, so there is no percentage here.
Tuesday 20 October 2026: this article is published. The work starts from here, not from a plan that assumed September.
Thursday 26 November 2026: Thanksgiving in the United States. Your buyers in France are not off work that day. Your suppliers in the US may be.
Friday 27 November 2026: Black Friday.
Monday 30 November 2026: Cyber Monday.
Friday 25 December 2026: Christmas Day. A gift that cannot arrive before then should not promise that it will.
The 38 days are the difference between the two dates. They are not a claim about how long a store “usually” takes.
02The checklist, in the order the work breaks
One offer. One buyer. One sentence you can put under the product name. A general “gifts” shop is how the 38 days disappear.
A shipping promise you can keep. Write the last order date for Christmas delivery on the product page. Ask the person who actually ships. Do not copy a carrier slogan.
The page and the checkout exist before you pay for a click. A storefront that 404s on the 27th wastes the only weekend that matters.
Returns, in words a buyer can find. If you have not decided the rule, you do not have an offer yet.
Ads the AI generates, from the angles in the market study, including a look at what competitors already run so you can remake yours. Turning that on during the week of 16 November is a check. Turning it on for the first time on 27 November is a build.
On the 27th you watch orders, stock and the promise on the page. You do not pick the niche that morning.
03A calendar from 20 October
20 to 31 October: the buyer, the promise, the thing you are allowed to sell, and the person who ships it.
1 to 15 November: the storefront, the product page, the checkout, the returns text, and a test order.
16 to 26 November: the ads ready, the creative you will actually run, and the cutoff date visible on the page. If you need a clip, a generator such as Higgsfield is a separate tool. I do not quote its price, because it was not in the HTML I fetched.
27 November: Black Friday. 30 November: Cyber Monday. After your cutoff, stop promising Christmas delivery.
DO
Write the last Christmas ship date on the product page, from the person who actually ships.
WATCH FOR
Choosing the niche on the morning of 27 November.
04Where the AI fits, and where it does not
AirPunk studies the market and pulls the angles, generates the ads, builds the store and keeps optimizing it. You follow the numbers, and you can withdraw earnings when you want. That is the part a 3-day trial can start. The trial is not the season. Starter is €19.99 per month, without the ads. Builder, at €49.99, adds them, and Operator is €99.99. The numbers and the credit rules are on the AirPunk pricing page.
The AI does not know your shipper's last pickup, your stock, or whether you have the right to the name. Those three answers are yours. Nothing here guarantees the weekend will pay for the plan. Ideas for what to sell, without a fake “trending” number, are in the Christmas article linked below.
05The final-week decision gates
A calendar matters only if each stage has a clear pass condition. Before Black Friday traffic, protect the customer journey and the delivery promise. If a test order fails, the correct next move is to fix checkout, not raise the ad budget.
Seven days out: confirm stock, shipping cutoff, offer economics and support coverage.
Two days out: test a phone purchase, discount application and every customer email.
On the day: monitor checkout failures, inventory and refund requests alongside ad results.
The goal of a first Black Friday is a credible offer and a reliable transaction. Revenue targets should remain scenarios until orders exist; discounts can create sales while eroding margin.
FAQBlack Friday 2026 online store with AI
When is Black Friday 2026?
Friday 27 November 2026. Thanksgiving in the United States is Thursday 26 November 2026. Cyber Monday is Monday 30 November 2026.
Is 20 October too late to launch a store for Black Friday?
It is late for a complicated catalogue. It is not too late for one offer, a page that checks out, a shipping date you can keep, and ads the AI can generate before the week of the sale. It is too late to start that build on the morning of 27 November.
Does AirPunk spend the Black Friday ad budget by itself?
It generates the ads and keeps optimizing the store. You still have a say before a large media spend. The subscription is not the media budget.
